Of the payment of 20 marks of 40 marks which Richard acknowledged to them in the king's court in the presence of the king's justices ('justiciarii sui') for all lands and tenements in Southchurch, Shopland and Leigh as completely as Lucy recovered it against Richard before 'Dominus' Thomas de Weyland and his fellows, justices of the king's bench at Westminster, and before Ralph de Hengham and his fellows, chief justices of King Edward I in England.
