For a term of 5 years. For an annual payment of 46s 8d with the tithe ('decima'), payable as specified in the priory's manor of Cliffe at Hoo [Kent]. Conditions relating to husbandry. William has found Adam Sander as a pledge to observe the terms of the lease. Sealed with Adam and William's seals [no longer present.]
