The grant is made to God, the Blessed Virgin Mary and St John the Baptist for Denis's soul and the souls of his ancestors and successors. No date. [Date: handwriting.]

Endorsed with description, stating that Canterbury Cathedral Priory bought the payment of the Preceptory of Swingfield, and 'lose' in late 13th cent hands.
