For whatever he has at Saltwood ('Sautwud''). Ingram de Pratellis who held it of Hugh at fee farm for an annual payment of 100s shall now hold it of Hubert in the same way and shall answer to him as lord for all services belonging to the fee. Hugh has also renounced ('abjuro') his right to raise any dispute about the quitclaim. For this Hubert has also paid 50 marks as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: dates of Simon of Wells as bishop-elect of Chichester.]
