Description | From: Richard of Southchurch, knight To: Henry de Genge All the lands and tenements with the houses on them which he has of the demise of Adam Cobe and Robert bret in the vill ('villa') of Great Stambridge. The grant is made to Henry for life and then to Henry's heirs. For an annual payment of 5 marks, payable as specified within the manor of Southchurch. Right of distraint in Henry's chattels within the hundred of Rochford if payment in arrears. Given at Southchurch [Essex].
