The priory's marsh of Warden in Sheppey, with pasture for 120 sheep and 101s for stocking the marsh. For a term of 4 years. For an annual payment of 3½ marks, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. At the end of the term the marsh and the 101s shall revert to the priory, reserving to Alice a house built on the marsh. Right of distraint. Alice binds all her goods to observe the terms of the lease and has found John Talebot and Richard de Ore as pledges. Sealed with the seals of Alice and her pledges. Priory's part of indenture
