For a term of 7 years. For an annual payment of 3½ marks, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. At the end of the term the marsh and the 101s shall revert to the priory, reserving to William a house built on the marsh. William binds all his goods to observe the terms of the lease.
