Robert is to receive seisin on behalf of the priory from John son of William Doreward of Essex of a messuage, 100 acres of land, 4 acres of meadow, 8 acres of pasture and an annual payment of 12d called 'Wolneys' in Stisted and Bocking in Essex and an annual payment of £9, payable from John's manor of Leaden Roding ('ledyn Rothing''), Essex, which the priory has of John's gift in exchange for 82 acres and 1 rood of land, parcel of the manor of Bocking, and an annual payment of £7, payable from the manor of Bocking.
Given at the chapter house of Canterbury Cathedral Priory.
