Arnold confirms the grant which Walter son of Richard of 'Estede' made to the priory of a tenement in Southwark ('sutwerke') from which Arnold receives an annual payment of 6s, lying with the priory's messuage to east, Walter's land to west, the king's highway to north and the land of Hervey son of Fulcher to south.
Arnold grants the priory the annual payment of 6s in exchange for an annual payment of 6s payable by Peter the red ('ruffus') for land in the parish of St Magnus the Martyr ('Sanctus Magnus iuxta pontem') [London] which was of Gerard son of Peter bath and is between the land which was of Asketin and 'Ostregate'.
