A moiety of Walter's land with houses lying in Southwark, with the priory's land to east, the land of Hervey son of Fulcher to west, the king's highway to north and Hervey's land to south, 11 ells and 1 inch wide from the king's highway to Hervey's land to south. For an annual payment of 6s, payable as specified to Arnold. Sealed with the seals of Walter and Arnold. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
