Description	From: W Symondson To: Revd Thomas Gurney Enclosing a certificate by Archbishop Frederick Cornwallis of Thomas's resignation as vicar of Seasalter and informing him that the archbishop has signed the fiat for his institution to Charlton [by Dover]. Also requesting Thomas to send his presentation to Seasalter, so that he can be instituted to both livings. Archbishop's signature on certificate. Given at Lambeth [Surrey]. Endorsed with address to Thomas 'at the Revd Mr Tucker in the Mint Yard, Canterbury' and calculations in 18th cent hands. Contemporary postmark.
