An annual payment of 15½d free rent and 1 hen, payable by James de Fonte, Hamo the rector ('persona') and Peter de la strande. Payable as specified for a tenement called 'longeteghe', lying between the land of John son of Wulwric and James' land, a field called 'codmeyfeld' and 1½ acres of land called 'Selvesteghe' [presumably all in Seasalter].The grant is made to the use of the poor. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Seasalter charters.]
