A croft of land at Seasalter called 'Roheye', lying with the king's highway which goes from Godfrey's house to 'herewich' to east, the land of the heirs de la Grave to west and south and the land of Simon son of Solomon called 'Halveld' to north. For an annual payment of 3d, payable as specified in the priory's almonry at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid 40s as a gersum fine by Gregory of Yalding ('Ealding''), almoner. The grant is made to the use of the priory's almonry.
