Description | From: John son and heir of Adam the miller of Southchurch To: Walter Bhus of Southchurch ('de eadem'); Richard, brother of Walter Bhus of Southchurch 6 acres and 2 parts of 1 acre of arable land in Southchurch parish, and more if he has more, in two parts of the whole of the land of Adam his father on the day he died. For a term of 4 years. For an annual payment of 6d, payable as specified. At the end of the term the lands shall revert to John. If the land is sold or otherwise demised during the term, Walter and Richard shall have preference ('propinquior') over all others. For this Walter and Richard have paid 10s. Walter and Richard's part of indenture.
