Peter has granted Robert and Margery a tenement in St Peter's parish, Sandwich, in a street called 'arneystrete' as is more fully contained in the charter of feoffment. If Robert and Margery pay Peter £53 6s 8d as specified, the charter and seisin of it that has been delivered shall remain in full force. Right of re-entry if payment in arrears. If, in the mean time, anyone makes a lawful claim to the tenement or any part of it, Robert and Margery may retain the whole of the payment then in arrears until Peter indemnifies them against the claim.
