Description | From: Gunnora daughter of William of 'cheldecote', late wife of Alan de Crek To: 'Dominus' Richard of Southchurch For 5 acres and 3 perches of land in the vill ('villa') of Southchurch of Richard's fee, for which land she and Alan de Crek, her husband, previously quitclaimed to Richard by two charters. For this Richard has paid 20s and has remitted 6d of an annual payment in part of the tenement she holds of him in the vill of Southchurch. Given at Southchurch [Essex].
