Addressed to Lanfranc, archbishop of Canterbury, Hamo, sheriff of Kent, and all the king's faithful men, both French and English. He grants Canterbury Cathedral Priory all the houses he has in the town ('villa') of Sandwich and all customs belonging of his right to the said town.
