For a messuage with a quay and the buildings built upon it in St Mary's parish Sandwich, lying with the priory's land to west, the land of John Peny to east, 'le Filiet' to south and beyond the king's highway to the sea to north, and for all actions relating to it. For royal service and whatever should be done according to the uses and customs of the liberty of the town ('villa') of Sandwich. The quitclaim is made for Henry's soul and the souls of his ancestors. Dated 13EdwI, no month.
