To: William son of Geoffrey of 'Dersham'
For the manor of Southchurch with all lands, tenements, rents and services which were of 'Dominus' Peter of Southchurch in the vills ('villa') of Southchurch, Prittlewell, Littlethorpe ('Northorp'') [in Southchurch], Leigh, North Shoebury, Hadleigh and Bures in Essex. Dated 26 Apr 1345 at Southchurch.
Witnesses: John de Nevill, knight; Thomas de Belhous, knight; John de Clopton'; John le Botiller; Walter Odyn; Peter Cosyn; John Berlond
Nicholas came to the king's court on 13 Apr 1345, acknowledged that the deed was his and asked for it to be enrolled.
