Dated 26 Apr 1345 at Southchurch. Witnesses: John de Nevill, knight; Thomas de Belhous, knight; John de Clopton'; John le Botiller; Walter Odyn; Peter Cosyn; John Berlond Nicholas came to the king's court on 13 Apr 1345, acknowledged that the deed was his and asked for it to be enrolled.

Given at London, 12 May 1343. Nicholas came to the king's court on 30 Apr 1343, acknowledged that the deed was his and asked for it to be enrolled.
