Description	From: William Payn of Southchurch To: Alan Taylefer Alan is to prosecute William's plea against Lettice Boush concerning a messuage and 15 acres of land in the vill ('villa') of Southchurch by a writ of mort d'ancestor in the king's court. He is also to receive sesin of the lands and then deliver seisin of them to 'Dominus' Richard of Southchurch. No date. [Date: handwriting.] Endorsed with description in 14th cent hand.
