Thomas is to deliver seisin of the manor of Southchurch in Essex to Robert Casp', rector of Wortham, and Alexander Hanekyn of Canterbury, clerk, except for the lands and tenements in the same manor which are of the fees of Polstead ('Polsted') [in Great Wakering?] and 'Norththorp'' [Littlethorp in Southchurch?], which manor Robert and Alexander hold of William's feoffment on the day of the making of these presents. Given at Southchurch [Essex].
