The manor of Southchurch, with corn and live and dead stock as specified. Reserving certain rights and dues. For a term of 7 years. For an annual payment of £40, payable as specified in the said manor. Conditions on husbandry, repairs, including repairs to the sea wall, hospitality and other conditions. Details of livery. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. The lessees have made a bond in £100 to observe the terms of the lease. Priory's part of indenture.
