John of Colchester and Richard are to deliver seisin to William de Dersham, Adam his brother, John of Prittlewell of London, spicer, and Thomas son of John Sprot of Somersham of the manor of Southchurch in the hundred of Rochford and all lands and tenements with appurtenances as specified in the vills ('villa') of Stanford, Mucking, Coringham, East Tilbury and Mountnessing ('Gynggesmounteny'), South Weald and elsewhere in Essex which have fallen to him in inheritance by the death of John de Newynton', his father, as is more fully contained in the charter concerning it.
