Of all men and tenants with their services and customs which were of 'Dominus' Peter of Southchurch. The men and tenants whose names are written in the part of the indenture sealed with John's seal are assigned as William and Joan's share and those whose names are written in the other part of the indenture sealed with the seals of William and Joan are assigned as John's share. Names of tenants with the amounts of their rents some field names given. Payments are in money and cumin. Any rents or services of tenants of the manor of Southchurch who were tenants in Peter's time which are not apportioned in this indenture shall be divided equally between the parties. John's part of indenture.
