A moiety of a messuage with curtilage which was of Lettice Busch and which descended to Joan by inheritance in the vill ('villa') of Southchurch, adjoining the dwelling-house ('mansum') of the rectory of Southchurch. In exchange John has given them a moiety of a sheepfold and of an enclosure ('inclusio') belonging to the same.
