Joan, daughter and one of the heirs of 'Dominus' Peter of Southchurch, has enfeoffed Henry with a moiety of the manor of Southchurch, which belongs to her by inheritance, and John and Alice hold the other moiety by right of Alice. Henry and John and Alice apportion the manor between them. Detailed description of the division of the lands. Many field names given. Any charges relating to the enclosure or defence of marsh or meadow against flooding shall be borne equally by both parties. The parties will share any burdens payable from the income of the manor equally.
