Robert is keeeper of the lands of Alice and Joan, wife of Thomas of Rochford, daughter and heir of 'Dominus' Peter of Southchurch, because they are minors. He delivers tenants and their services as specified as Alice's share ('propars') to John and Alice. The tenants and their services who are named in the other part of this indenture shall remain in Robert's custody until Joan comes of age. Names of customary and free tenants with the amounts of their rents and values of their services given. Payments are in money and cumin. Two unnamed tenants owe payments of wheat and herrings to be distributed to the poor on St Kathrine's day. 'Pars Joh'is' on plica. John's part of indenture.
