33 acres of land called 'folefaunteslond' in Great Stambridge parish with a way which leads from the land to the house of John of Eastwood, 16 acres lying with the land of William the smith ('faber') to east, Adam's land to west, the way which leads from 'bollardesgore' to the tenement of Laurence de gardino to north and the way which leads from 'bollardesgore' to Paglesham ('pak'') to south, and 17 acres lying with the land of Gilbert de hull', the land of John of Eastwood and the way which leads from Paglesham to south and north, Adam's land to east and Gilbert's land to west. Also the homages, rents and services of Baldwin the shepherd? ('b'car''), Richard godebold, Gilbert the smith ('faber') and Roger le Koleere and an annual payment of 13d from the land which was of Thomas the smith ('faber'). For an annual payment of 3d, payable as specified. For this Robert has also paid 40 marks as a gersum fine. Adam's part of indenture. No date.
