Description | Party: Emma, widow of Robert le Fastread Party: 'Dominus' Richard of Southchurch Emma came to Richard's court to do the suit which she acknowledged she owed for the tenement she holds of him in Great Sutton, which suit Robert le Fastred owed for the tenement. Emma made a fine of ½ a mark to Richard for her suit for the term of her life and he remitted suit of court to her, except for the plea of trespass. After Emma's death, Robert's kinsmen shall do suit for the tenement.
