For 2 acres of land and an annual payment of 12d payable by Saman in the vill ('villa') of Southchurch, the lands lying in 'le Northfeld' with the way which divides the barons' fee and Richard's fee to west and Richard's demesne to east. For this Richard has also paid 2 marks as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Southchurch charters.]
