All the lands, tenements, rents and farms Robert had in the name of Hawis, his wife, in the vills ('villa') of Prittlewell, Eastwood and North Shoebury. For a term of 3 years from 29 Sep 1277. For an annual payment of 19 marks, payable as specified. If Richard incurs any loss or harm because of a defect in Robert's warranty, he may retain the farm until satisfaction is made to him. At the end of the term all the property shall revert to Robert. Richard's part of indenture. No date. [Date: term date.]
