All the lands, tenements, rents and farms Robert had in the name of Hawis, his wife, in the vills ('villa') of Prittlewell, Eastwood and North Shoebury. For a term of 3 years from 29 Sep 1277. For an annual payment of 19 marks, payable as specified. If Richard incurs any loss or harm because of a defect in Robert's warranty, he may retain the farm until satisfaction is made to him.
