Description | From: Constance, daughter of Walter Living' To: 'Dominus' Richard of Southchurch The land and tenement with houses and other buldings which fell to her after the death of John, son of her late brother Richard Living', in the vill ('villa') of Eastwood. For an annual payment of a root of ginger ('Racenus Gingibris'), payable as specified. For this Richard has also paid 100s as a gersum fine. No date.
