Description | From: Alexander son of William Hug' of Milton [in Prittlewell] To: 'Dominus' Richard of Southchurch An annual payment of 6d payable as specified by John Pycot and Juliana his wife for 1 acre of land which they held of Alexander in Prittlewell parish in the vill ('villa') of Milton, lying with the land was of Richer the merchant ('mercator') to north and south, Richer's land to west and the land of Samuel de Campo to east. For an annual payment of 1 clove ('clavum gariophil''), payable as specified. For this Richard has also paid ½ a mark as a gersum fine. No date.
