Description | From: William Bus; Lettice, of wife William Bus To: 'Dominus' Richard of Southchurch, lord of Southchurch For 3½ acres of land of Richard's fee in the vill ('villa') of Southchurch, which they had of the demise of Alan le Somenur and Eleanor his wife, daughter of William del Erbery, lying with Richard's land to south, the ditch which divides Southchurch and Great Wakering to north, Richard's land to west and William and Lettice's land and the land which was of William the baker ('pistor') to east.
