Description | From: Henry kenting To: Richard of Southchurch For an annual payment of 8d payable by Walter Mose for an acre of land he bought of Henry in the vill ('villa') of Southchurch, lying between Henry's land and the king's highway which divides the land of the church and Henry's land and between Henry's land to east and Richard's demesne [to west?]. For this Richard has also paid ½ a mark as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Southchurch charters.] [Document damaged. Part of one witness's name and other details lost.]
