4 acres in the vill ('villa') of Southchurch lying in the field called 'dedescroft' between the demesne of Southchurch and the land of Simon son of William Bober, with the heath of Southchurch to north and the demesne of Southchurch to south. Also an annual payument of 12d payable by Simon son of William Bober for 1½ acres of land which he held of her in the same vill in the same field. For annual payments of 1 rose to Agnes and 12d to William de Orckeri, both payable as specified. For this Richard has paid 40s as a gersum fine. No date.
