The manor of Southchurch in Essex, which manor, except the lands which are of the fees of Polstead [in Great Wakering?] and 'Northorp'' [Littlethorpe in Southchurch?], they had of the gift of William de Dersham, deceased. The grant is made for the increase of divine service at the altar of St Mary in Canterbury Cathedral in accordance with the priory's ordinance? ('ordinatio').
