Description | From: John le Botiler To: 'Dominus' Richard of Southchurch For 10 acres of land in the vill ('villa') of Prittlewell which John had of the gift of William le Botiler, his brother. For this Richard has paid 10 marks as a gersum fine. John has delivered the charter of feoffment he had of William his brother to Richard to have William's ('suus') warranty and to obtain? ('fochio') the warranty of John's feoffees if necessary. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Southchurch charters.]
