Description | From: Hugh the constable ('constabularius'), son and heir of Gerard the constable To: 'Dominus' Richard of Southchurch For 2 crofts of land in the vill ('villa') of Prittlewell, namely those 2 crofts which Richard has by Hugh's charter of foeffment. Hugh quitclaims for the lands in the lifetime of Hawis, his mother, and after her death. For this Richard has paid £30 as a gersum fine. No date.
