The whole of Walter's land in the vill ('villa') of Prittlewell, namely 5 acres besides 1 rood with a curtilage and a house on it, extending north and south in length and lying between Roger's land called 'la Bruere' and the way which leads from the bridge called 'bedlesbregg'' to the great way which goes to ('apud') 'Byrch''. For an annual payment of 1 pair of white gloves price ½d, payable as specified. For this Roger has also paid 30s as a gersum fine. No date.
