Their windmill in Ruckinge with its site and rights of way. For an annual payment of 6 seams of palm-barley as specified. As security for this payment, Alan binds 2 messuages and 2 crofts from the manor which the priory may distrain to recover arrears. 1 messuage and half of the land lies at 'Haltone', with the land of John Dore to south, the priory's land to north, and the king's highway to east, and the other messuage and the rest of the land lie with the land of Alanus le Slevere to south, the land of Robert le Tur to north, the king's highway to west and the land of John le Dore to east. Priory's part of indenture.
