They have inspected the charters of Theobald ('Th''), archbishop of Canterbury, Roger de Pont l'Eveque ('R'), archbishop of York, and Robert, bishop of Exeter. Recites:

(1) Confirmation of Theobald, archbishop of Canterbury
Theobald confirms the grant by Henry II of a moiety of the manor of Kilham [Yorkshire] to the canons of Rouen. No date [1155x1161]. [Date: as in Saltram, cited below.]

(2) Confirmation of Roger de Pont l'Eveque, archbishop of York
Addressed to Geoffrey, dean of Rouen, and the canons of Rouen Cathedral. Rotrodus confirms the grants by Henry II of one moiety of Kilham to the dean and canons of Rouen and the other moiety to Hugh d'Amiens, archbishop of Rouen, and his successors. Witness list. (3) Charter of Robert [Robert Warlewast or Robert II], bishop of Exeter
Recording the grant, by Henry II, of a moiety of the manor of Kilham to the canons of Rouen. Robert was present when the king made the grant to the canons in perpetual alms and delivered possession ('traditio facio') to 'Dominus' Gilo, archdeacon of Rouen. No date [1154x1156].
