One contains 12½ acres and lies with the king's highway leading from Old Romney Bridge to 'Agheneslond' beside the messuage of John Davy to south, the land of the cathedral priory, Richard Aleyn, Stephen Gold and John Spyce to south-east, the land of John Spice to north-east, and the land of Thomas Piere and Robert William to south-west. The other contains 2 acres and lies with the land of John Spice and Thomas de Bocton to south-east, the land of Stephen Mellere and Thomas atte Candle to north-west, the same highway to south-east, and the land of Thomas atte Candle to south-west.
