An annual payment of 6s 8d free rent, payable by Mauger and Robert, their sons. Payable as specified at the house of Richard son of Eustace of East Peckham for the whole tenement which they hold of them in the vill ('villa') of East Peckham ('uppecham'), which they had of their gift. For an annual payment of ½d as a quit-rent ('forisgabulum'), payable as specified at the house of Richard son of Eustace at East Peckham. Right of distraint in the whole of Roger and Isabel's tenement and messuage in the vill of East Peckham. For this Henry has also paid 50s as a gersum fine.

Endorsed with description in mid and late 13th cent hands, note that Roger son of Richard le Turk, owes 6s 8d which should be paid by his sons and heirs Mauger and Robert for the tenement they have in East Peckham ('uppecham') in late 13th cent hand and 'ad anniversarium' [partly obliterated] in 15th cent hand.
