By these Gregory granted Pileus procurations of 12 florins a day from the chamber ('ex camera') and commanded the clergy of the kingdoms of France and England and neighbouring kingdoms to provide him with financial support, enforcing payment by ecclesiastical censures if necessary. Pileus commands the addressees to pay him procurations of 1,200 florins, being expenses for 100 days, and 2 florins for the notary's salary, at Bruges within 30 days, otherwise he will invoke ecclesiastical censures.
