He has also given Honorius the church of Patching and instituted him there, saving that John de Bedingeham, clerk, shall possess the church for life. John shall pay Honorius as rector an annual pension of 1 mark, payable as specified. If John dies before Honorius, the church shall revert to Honorius. No date.
