[Document damaged. Parts of some witnesses' names supplied from published version.] The archbishop has given the church of Tarring to Honorius and has instituted him as rector. He has also given Honorius the church of Patching and instituted him there, saving that John de Bedingeham, clerk, shall possess the church for life. John shall pay Honorius as rector an annual pension of 1 mark, payable as specified. If John dies before Honorius, the church shall revert to Honorius. No date.
