A marsh called 'the prioursmersshe' lying in Broomhill parish in Kent and Sussex with the lands of the archbishop of Canterbury and the lands late of the abbot and convent of Robertsbridge Abbey to west, the archbishop's lands and the priory's lands to north and the lands of All Souls College, Oxford, to west and south. For a term of 40 years. For an annual payment of 40s during the first 20 years of the term and £3 during the last 20 years of the term, payable as specified. Right of re-entry if payment in arrears.
