Thomas and John Elstene are to deliver seisin to Ralph Broghton', John Tent, clerk, William Langele, John Sheldwich, Robert Newlonde and John Flemyng, together with William of Macknade [in Preston next Faversham] and Thomas atte Toune of all lands and tenements in the vills ('villa') of Ospringe, Sheldwich, Preston next Faversham and Faversham which John of Farningham, William Topclyve and Nicholas had of the gift of Elizabeth, widow of 'Dominus' Ralph Spigurnell', knight, except the entailed ('talleata') lands in the said vills which were allowed to Elizabeth on the division of her apportionment ('propars').

Endorsed with description, stating that the letters of attorney relate to the manor of Selgrave, in late 14th cent hands.
