For an annual payment of 46s 8d, payable as specified. Conditions on repairs. Right of distraint in the mill and in John's other lands in East Peckham as specified and re-entry if payment in arrears or the mill is not properly repaired. The priory grants John a payment of 33s 4d from the farm for the repair of the mill, payable as specified, and sufficient mud ('lutum') from John Renkyn's land to repair the weirs. Priory's part of indenture.
