The lands are granted to Walter and Matilda and the heirs of their bodies. If they die without heirs of their bodies, the lands shall remain to Walter's heirs. Given at Odiham [Hampshire]. Witnesses: John atte Bergh'; Robert, son of John atte Bergh'; Robert atte Rye; John atte Fyswere; John atte Ayssch' Endorsed 'Odyham Carta de Toenhull'' and 'Stergrave' in early 15th cent hands and 'Vinchent' in 17th cent hand.
